About Zoe.
Zoe Chamel is an accomplished independent Customer Experience and Design Thinking consultant with extensive experience in driving transformative change for prominent New Zealand organisations, including ASB, Mercury Energy, Te Whatu Ora, Network 4 Learning, Callaghan Innovation, Better by Design, Air New Zealand, AMP, Vodafone, Westpac, and Z Energy.
Starting her career as a market researcher, Zoe now leverages her research background along with her Design Thinking expertise to tackle critical challenges within organizations, assisting them in discovering new opportunities and implementing innovative solutions for both customers and employees.
As the Director of Centricity, Zoe has collaborated with major clients across New Zealand to develop Customer Experience and Human Centered Design capability programs, incorporating innovative approaches that have successfully fostered design thinking skills throughout their organizations, leading to a continual flow of innovative services and products.
Zoe is widely recognized as a leader in Human-Centered Design, sharing her knowledge and insights on integrating design thinking into organizations both in New Zealand and internationally.
